What you are buying

A readiness report on your own visa application, measured against the refusal grounds the authority publishes, together with the documents we draft from the facts you give us, and the re-runs stated on the pricing page: one within 30 days on a Review, and unlimited within 30 days on a Reapply.

What this is not

It is not immigration advice, it is not regulated advice, it is not representation, and it is not a prediction of any decision. We do not tell you what to claim or what to leave out. We compare what you have told us and uploaded with the published grounds, and report where it is thin. The decision is made by the authority, and nobody can guarantee it.

Your responsibilities

Everything you tell us has to be true, and every document you upload has to be genuine and yours to send. We will not draft a fact you have not stated. Where your answers describe an intention the visa does not permit, or where a refusal was on grounds of deception, we stop and refer you to a regulated adviser instead.

Refunds

In full if the report is not delivered within 24 hours of you completing the intake and uploading your documents, and in full if we classified your refusal wrongly and you tell us before we draft anything. Write to desk@approvable.app.

Adviser referrals

Where a case needs a regulated adviser we name one and link to their booking page. They are independent of us, their fee is theirs, and their advice is theirs. Approvable receives a fee for the referral, and we say so on the report every time.

Your case

Cases and uploads are deleted 90 days after purchase. Anyone holding your case link can see and add to the case, so share it only with people you intend to.
