How we help

We know how much one application means. So we built the check we would want.

Approvable is a small, independent team. We are not lawyers, visa agents or part of any government. We built one thing: software that checks your application against the reasons visas get refused, and tells you clearly what it finds.

  • Only official rules. Every reason Approvable checks comes from the government’s own website, word for word, with a link so you can see it yourself.
  • Facts first. Our software first checks that your details match across all your documents, with 20 fixed checks. Then our AI reads your case. It can add problems to your report, but never remove one.
  • Kept up to date. When a government changes its rules, we update our checks. Every update is reviewed before we use it.
  • Honest if something goes wrong. If part of a check fails on our side, we tell you. We never guess to fill the gap, and you can run it again for free.

Built for trust

Your passport and bank statements are private. We treat them that way.

  • We never see your card. You pay on Stripe’s or Paystack’s own safe page, or in the App Store or Google Play.
  • We do not keep your documents. We delete them once we email your report, or after 7 days if the report is never sent.
  • You can delete your case at any time. We never sell your documents or details.
  • Your case link is like a key. It is long and random, so nobody can guess it. Keep it private.
  • We block robots. Before a case starts, Cloudflare checks that a real person is using the site. The site is always on a secure connection.
  • We never message you first to ask for money or documents. We only take payment on approvable.app.

  • Honest about timing. If a check would not help you in time, we tell you and show you a free option instead of taking your money.
