What we hold

The answers you give in the intake, the documents you upload, the text of any refusal letter you paste, and the report and letters we produce from them. Where you give us an email address, we hold that so we can send you the link to your case.

What we do with it

We use it to produce your readiness report and your letters, and for nothing else. Your documents are sent to the Anthropic API for reading and drafting, under its commercial terms, which do not permit training on them. We do not sell your data, we do not advertise to you, and we do not share your documents with any third party beyond that processing.

How long we keep it

Cases and uploads are deleted 90 days after purchase. You can delete a case earlier from the case page, and that deletion is immediate. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, and they hold no documents.

Where it is held

In the United Kingdom, in Supabase Postgres and private storage in the London region. Uploads are never public and are reachable only through a signed link tied to your case.

Your case link

There is no password. Your case is reached through a link that carries a secret token, which is why the link should be treated as you would treat a password. You may share it deliberately with a sponsor or an applicant, and both of you can then upload.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by writing to desk@approvable.app. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union you may complain to your data protection authority.

Approvable helps you check and prepare your own application. It is not immigration advice, it is not regulated advice, and it does not predict or guarantee a decision.
