Who these are for
Every Approvable partner: affiliates, who are creators and influencers, people or companies, with a code that earns commission; Advocates, who are volunteers and community members with a code that earns a credit; and agents, who are registered firms checking cases for their own clients and hold no code. Applying means you accept these terms, and breaking them can end the partnership.
Labelling paid posts
- If you earn anything from a post, story, video, newsletter or message, it is an advert. Say so at the start, where people see it before they tap: “#ad” or “Paid partnership with Approvable”.
- Use the platform’s own paid partnership label as well, where it has one.
- An Advocate says that they get a credit when someone uses their link, next to the link.
- This follows the UK advertising rules, India’s ASCI influencer guidelines and the advertising rules in Nigeria and Ghana. Where your local rules ask for more, follow them.
Never promise a visa or an outcome
- Approvable checks how ready an application is against the published refusal grounds. The decision is the authority’s alone. Never say or suggest that Approvable, or you, can get anyone a visa.
- Never quote a success rate or say how likely a decision is.
- Never give immigration or legal advice. In the UK it is a regulated activity. Point people to the official guidance and the official fees.
- Share only what really happened to you, and never post fake or paid-for reviews.
Never ask for money or documents in comments or DMs
- People pay only on Approvable’s own checkout. Never ask anyone to pay you, or anyone else, for a check, in a comment, a direct message, a group or a call.
- Never ask for, collect or pass on anyone’s passport, statements or other documents. Show the sample report instead of anyone’s real file.
- Agents upload their own clients’ documents only in the agent workspace, and only after recording the client’s consent there.
Your code
- Codes are made by us when we accept you, never chosen. We set the rates, and can change them for new orders.
- A code cannot be used on your own orders, or on an order paid with your card, phone or device. Those orders earn nothing.
- Do not sell, swap or auction your code, put it on coupon sites, or bid on Approvable’s name in search ads. Track your channels with the tags on your link instead.
- Unusual patterns, such as many new accounts using one code in a day, are held for review before they earn.
- Beta tester codes work once, inside their dates, and earn nothing.
What you earn
- Affiliates earn a share of what each customer actually paid, after the code’s discount: at the current rates, 20% of £26.10 is £5.22 on a £29 Review bought with a 10% code.
- Advocates earn 10% of what each friend pays, after the code’s discount. We pay it in money to a charity the Advocate chooses, or to the Advocate for a good cause. It is not credit for a check.
- New affiliates get 3 free demo Review credits, to show the product on a made-up case. They earn nothing and cannot be sold.
- Agents earn nothing: they buy checks in packs at a volume discount.
- There is no reward for leading or bringing in other partners. Each partner earns only on paid checks from their own code or link.
- Examples are illustrations, not a promise of earnings.
Holds and payouts
- Every amount is held for 30 days, the refund window. A refund or a chargeback takes it back, even after it was paid, from what you earn next.
- Paid monthly by bank transfer, after a 30-day hold.
- Add your bank details only through the payout form on your partner dashboard. We never ask for them by email, WhatsApp or chat, so never send them that way.
- You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
Suspension and ending
- If a rule here looks broken, we can suspend the account while we look: your codes are switched off, an agent cannot open new cases, and your payable balance is held until the review closes.
- If we find the rules were broken, we can end the partnership, and amounts earned through the breach are not paid. If we reinstate you, your codes stay off until we switch them back on.
- You can stop being a partner at any time by emailing us. What you earned before then is still paid, after its hold.
- Anyone can report a partner who breaks these rules.
Changes and contact
When these terms change we give them a new version and tell partners by email before it takes effect. Set-up of a new partner usually takes two working days. Questions about these terms go to desk@approvable.app.
Approvable helps you check and prepare your own application. It is not immigration advice or legal advice. We cannot tell you if you will get the visa, and we do not guarantee that you will.
